ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2024: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has released the recruitment notification for 25 graduate trainee positions through GATE 2023 on its official website. The application process for recruitment to the above starts on February 29 on the official website, and the last date to submit the online application form is March 6, 2024.
ONGC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility criteria
In order to apply for the ONGC Recruitment, candidates must meet the required eligibility conditions which is prescribed by the organization. Eligibility Criteria varies for each job role in ONGC.
Educational Qualification:
- For some job roles, candidates must have qualified in bachelor’s degree (three years) in concerned discipline from any recognized university.
- Whereas for ONGC technical relevant jobs, candidates must have possessed bachelor’s degree in BE/B Tech with minimum 60% aggregate score in concerned stream (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production)
- Whereas, for some posts post-graduation is required with minimum aggregate marks. Hence, before applying for the ONGC Recruitment, candidates must make sure the eligibility conditions and then they can proceed to apply.
Salary for ONGC Recruitment 2024:
A monthly salary between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 will be given to the selected candidate for ONGC Recruitment 2024.
Besides Basic Pay and annual increment @ 3%, the employee is entitled to allowances @ 35% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria Approach, Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company Accommodation, Contributory Provident Fund, Conveyance Maintenance, Leave Encashment, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Post Retirement Benefit Scheme and Composite Social Security Scheme etc. as per Company rules.
Selection Procedure for ONGC Recruitment 2024:
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and interview will be considered to choose the right applicant for ONGC Recruitment 2024.The details for the ONGC Recruitment 2024 will be intimated later to the shortlisted applicants. The GATE- 2023 Score in the subject mentioned against the posts of ONGC will be considered by ONGC for shortlisting the candidates in 1:5 ratio for further selection process of Personal Interview as per the criteria decided by the Management.
