Ayushman Bharat Yojana also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana , this scheme was implemented on 23 September 2018, although the scheme was offered in the then budget of April 2018 . The main objective of this scheme is to provide health benefits to economically weaker families. Under this scheme, the target is to connect 10 crore families and 50 crore beneficiaries.
Ayushman card is provided to the beneficiaries covered under Ayushman Bharat Yojana or Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) , with the help of this card, the beneficiary of this scheme can get free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh in the hospitals listed under Ayushman Bharat. Can do.
How to download Ayushman Bharat Card
- First of all, you have to install the app named ‘PMAJAY-Ayushman Bharat’ on Google PlayStore in your mobile.
- After this open the application and accept the declaration. Then click on ‘LOGIN’ to continue.
- A login page will open for you. Now select ‘Beneficiary’ and fill the mobile number and state details. Then click on Next.
- You will receive an OTP on your phone. Enter it and click on ‘NEXT’.
- After this a lock code will have to be created and confirmed.
- Finally click on ‘Card Download’ and you will see your Ayushman Bharat Card on the screen.
